MyAccount

Before accessing the new Leisure Hub System, you must register with MyAccount.

What is MyAccount?

MyAccount is the Scottish Government's single access point for secure online services. It's a quick, convenient and easy way to perform some public sector tasks with one username and password.

We'll ask for the following:

  • Your name
  • Home address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Date of birth
  • Gender (if you're happy to give us this)

Once signed in, you can access the Leisure Hub, make bookings online, and set up Fife Council accounts that apply to you, such as school payments and your online council tax account. You'll have control over your personal details and can update them if required.

The second step is to link your MyAccount with Leisure Hubs Booking System by following the steps below; please note you will only be required to do this once:

  • Select either 'Log in' or 'Log in to your account'
  • Then select 'Sign in with my account'
  • Enter your username and password as previously set up with MyAccount
  • Read through and accept the terms and conditions
  • The next stage is to consent to share your details with FSLT's online services (Leisure Hub). To consent to this, click on the 'Yes, Take Me there Button'
  • The MyAccount registration details are linked to FSLT's online service using your registered FSLT card number and postcode. To do this, type in the appropriate card number (along with the postcode previously registered via MyAccount will also be used to check this matches with FSLT’s records), then click on the 'Submit button'.

Q1 Do I need to register for MyAccount before using Leisure Hub?
A Yes, this is a mandatory requirement. Further information can be found  here

Q2 How far in advance can I book a class or activity?
A There is a strict 8 days advance booking from when the class or activity starts. This restriction has been implemented to allow for changes to the programme and the use of facilities.

Q3 Can I book multiple courts, i.e. Badminton, Short Tennis?
A No, Leisure Hub only allows one booking at the same time per customer. If a second court is required, another person from the booking will need to make the booking. However, multiple bookings can still be made via reception.

Q4 What evidence do I need to get the discounted memberships?

A For Concession Membership requirements, please go to:
https://www.fifeleisure.org.uk/about-us/concessions/

For Corporate Memberships requirements and information, please go to:

Q5 Can I renew my monthly/annual membership on Leisure Hub?

A This can be done when the membership is due to expire and up to two weeks after it has expired. Please note, however, that the membership will be renewed from when the previous one expired. It is, therefore, better to renew expired memberships via our reception teams.
