To celebrate National Fitness Day we're asking customers, staff, and partners to reach out to the wider community and help us to reach more people so they can enjoy the benefits of being physically active.

What's more, everyone who takes up the opportunity to enjoy a free session will be entered into our prize draw for a free 1-month pass.

Bring a Friend for FREE

If you know someone who hasn't found their way back to us yet or a friend that needs a little encouragement from you to restart or even start their fitness journey be sure to pick up one of our FREE PASSES for them.
