Last admission for customers at the centre reception is 60 minutes before time of building closing. Or 45 minutes members using the fast-track kiosks.
Access to individual activities may vary and are subject to timetable restrictions.
No children under 8 years old should be left unaccompanied within our centres.

Located adjacent to the Tesco Extra Superstore, Duloch Park. The Leisure Centre is part of the school and community campus building. Brown tourist information signage is conveniently located at the roadside entrance and on various approach roads to assist first time visitors. The space is ideal for massage therapies, physio services, clinicians, counselling services, chiropractors, and beauticians. We have a fully flexible space.

49ers Activity Sessions

Join in our multi-activity club for older adults.

These sessions allow participants to be active, have fun and make friends while playing various racquet sports, including; Table Tennis, Short Tennis, Squash, and Badminton.

All abilities welcome come along on your own or with a friend. These 90-minute sessions are only £3.80 per person.

Football Coaching

These classes run in conjunction with the SFA through a programme centred around fun with skills and games-based activities, with 100% involvement at all times! Suitable for boys and girls of all levels.

The classes currently available are:

Tot Kickers (18 months - 3 years)
Mini Kickers (3 - 5 years)
Beginners Football (Primary 1 - 2)
Football Skills (Primary 3 -7)

Gymnastics Coaching

Our gymnastics programme starts from 9 months, then progresses to nursery and then to school-aged children.

The classes currently available are:

Creepie Crawlies (6 - 12 months)
Panda Club (12 months - 2 years)
Panda Club Plus (2 years - 3 years)
Mini Movers (Playgroup / Nursery)

Walking Football

Get back into the beautiful game. Walking Football is a great way to keep active, if you can walk, then you can play! Don’t forget - no running, no slide tackles, it’s a free-kick if you do!

These sessions are open to men and women aged 50+ only £3.80 per session. This is run in partnership with Active Fife, The Pars Foundation and the Scottish FA.
