We are thrilled to announce the addition of 27 new sessions to our group fitness programme! Starting 21st August 2023, we will be introducing a wide array of exciting fitness sessions across various Fife Sports and Leisure Trust’s venues. Whether you are a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, there's something for everyone!

Carnegie Leisure Centre

Cowdenbeath Leisure Centre

We are excited to see our customers developing a passion for Pickleball! Based on valuable feedback from our ambassadors, we have decided to tailor sessions according to ability. This way, our advanced players will continue to progress, while our beginners can enjoy Skills and Drills sessions.

We had a successful trial of two new group fitness sessions on Thursday evenings with Kenny before the summer, and we are delighted to bring these sessions back due to the excellent attendance and positive feedback received. Additionally, Bernie will be returning with his Fun Ceilidh Fitness sessions, promising an enjoyable and lively workout.

To offer you even more options, we have made a slight change to the timings on Mondays. Now you can take advantage of two sessions with two fantastic instructors, Ruth Salmond leading BodyPump from 9.00am to 9.45am, and Jane Mason guiding RPM from 10.00am to 10.45am.

Cupar Sports Centre

We are thrilled to welcome back Angela Morton, a popular instructor loved by our regulars at Cupar before the pandemic. Her return promises an exciting addition to our fitness offerings.

We are delighted to announce that one of our dedicated pickleball players has successfully completed his ambassador training. He will be leading a fantastic new session tailored specifically for social Pickleballers’ who love to learn and share the game with our newcomers.

East Sands Leisure Centre

We have several exciting changes taking place at East Sands! Firstly, we bid a fond farewell to our instructor Ally Tulleth. We wish her all the best in her future endeavours.

Kirkcaldy Leisure Centre

We are thrilled to introduce our new fitness studio at Kirkcaldy Leisure Centre! It offers a huge range of programmes, including BodyPump, group cycle, box fit and functional fitness.

You can also book a slot and access the studio and equipment at any time when it's not being used for programmed classes. This means you have the flexibility to work out at your convenience, fitting your exercise routine into your busy schedule.



If you need some guidance and support during your workout, our POD sessions are perfect for you. The POD session allows you to create your personalized fitness programme, and it will provide guidance and keep you on track throughout your session. Choose your work workout from our brand-new MARS screens, collect your equipment and press go.  Alternatively, book your space in our FLEX studio and design your own workout using our brand-new functional fitness equipment

If you've recently visited Michael Woods, you’ll have noticed our newly upgraded cycle studio! We are excited to introduce four fantastic new classes: Sprint, RPM, Velo Flow, and Velo Rhythm. We are pleased to have Ruth Salmond from our Health Team leading the BodyPump and RPM sessions, ensuring you get the most out of your fitness journey.



Starting from the 27th of October, we will be introducing a fantastic new session tailored specifically for social Pickleballers’ who love to learn and share the game with our newcomers.
